A drawing is a proposal. What actually gets built depends on the contractor executing it, which is why we treat the choice of build partner as seriously as any design decision. A contractor who understands why a detail matters will protect it under pressure; one who doesn't will quietly simplify it the first time the schedule gets tight.
We look for partners who ask questions rather than just following instructions — who'll flag a detail that won't work on site before it's built wrong, instead of after.
